### FIFA’s Infantino Plays Politics in Gaza While Wearing Trump’s Cap So, FIFA President Gianni Infantino decided to don a bright red “USA” hat during President Trump’s Board of Peace meeting. Nothing screams neutrality like a flashy cap associated with America’s more controversial figure, right? While there, Infantino promised FIFA’s financial backing for rebuilding soccer facilities in Gaza. Apparently, the plan isn’t just about fixing homes and schools; it’s also about getting the soccer fields back in shape. Because, of course, nothing says “we care” quite like a shiny new stadium when basic infrastructure is crumbling. It’s almost as if he’s suggesting that kicking a ball around is equally as important as providing people with clean water or medical care. Let’s not forget the priorities here. It’s one thing to want to help, but is tossing money at soccer really the solution? Or are we just trying to distract from the bigger issues at play? So, here’s a thought: while Infantino is busy playing the hero in his red hat, maybe someone should ask what the actual locals think about this grand plan. Just a hunch, but I bet there’s a lot more on their minds than a new pitch. But hey, at least the optics of a FIFA president in a USA hat at a peace meeting make for a nice photo op. Who wouldn’t want to look good while playing savior?
