### Are We Really Checking the Grass Again?
Aberdeen is planning to take a good long look at the Pittodrie pitch at 16:00 GMT to decide if Wednesday’s match against Celtic can happen. Because, of course, we all know that a little inspection will magically fix whatever issues the field might have.
It’s not like this is a recurring theme in sports, right? Every time there’s a questionable pitch, it’s a race against time to see if we can play ball or if we’re just going to be left sitting on the sidelines. Here’s a thought: maybe they should have checked it before now? Just a wild idea.
In the end, we’ll either have a game or more excuses. Either way, the real question is: how many times do we have to inspect the same grass before we realize it might just be time to invest in better turf?
