**”Another Iran Deal? Count Us Skeptical”**
So, a U.S. official confidently states that there’s an 80-85% chance of striking a deal with Iran soon. Great. But let’s not pop the champagne just yet because it’s still not a sure thing. If I had a dollar for every time someone said a deal was “almost done,” I’d be rich enough to buy my own country.
And, of course, Washington and Tehran can’t even agree on the terms. Shocking, right? It’s almost like two parties with a history of mistrust and conflicting interests can’t find common ground. Who could have predicted that?
Meanwhile, the media is here to deliver this news as if it’s a groundbreaking development, rather than just the usual diplomatic waltz.
So, what’s really going on? Are we supposed to believe that this is a sign of progress, or just another round of political theater? At this point, can we really expect anything more than a game of “who blinks first”? Maybe we should just keep our eyes peeled and our expectations low. After all, when it comes to international deals, the only thing we can count on is uncertainty.
