Another deadly night in Ukraine saw continued Russian bombardments, including strikes on the capital that killed one person and wounded four, while the country’s second-largest city, Kharkiv, was also hit by drone attacks injuring 27. The attacks coincided with the conclusion of the second day of trilateral talks in Abu Dhabi between Russia and Ukraine, where territorial disputes remain the main sticking point.
