So, the U.S. Mint just announced that the gold coins featuring President Trump won’t be ready in time for the big 250th birthday bash of America this July 4th. Shocking, right? It turns out production could take months, and surprise, surprise—the final design hasn’t even gotten the green light yet.
You’d think planning a coin launch for a monumental anniversary would involve a bit more foresight. But here we are, stuck in the “design stage” while the clock ticks down to fireworks and barbecues.
